The National Center for Deaf Advocacy (NCDA) provides direct comprehensive, accessible advocacy and social work services to families in San Diego County. Diverse education and leadership projects are provided nationwide.

Through our programs, we provide:

NCDA strives to meet the needs of all members of the deaf community and their family members.

NCDA serves deaf, hard of hearing, late deafened, deaf blind and non-signers. We work towards making every program we offer, accessible to anyone who wishes to participate.
